§ 433.2

433.2 Additional statement. Upon the receipt of the statements required in section 433.1 from the several companies, the department of revenue shall examine the statements. If the department deems the statements insufficient and that further information is requisite, the department shall require the officer making the statements to make such other or further statement as the department may desire.
