455B.313 Beverage container connectors — prohibition. 1. A distributor as defined in section 455C.1, subsection 9, shall not sell or offer to sell any beverage container if the beverage container is connected to another beverage container by a device constructed of a material which is not biodegradable or photodegradable. 2.
