455D.14 Products manufactured with chlorofluorocarbons prohibited. Beginning January 1, 1990, a person shall not sell, offer for sale, purchase, or use plastic foam packaging products or food service items manufactured with chlorofluorocarbons. Beginning January 1, 1998, a person shall not sell, offer for sale, purchase, or use plastic foam products, not previously prohibited, which are manufactured with fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbons.
