455G.30 Definitions. As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Biodiesel blended fuel' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 2. 'Department' means the department of natural resources. 3. 'Diesel fuel' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 4. 'Diesel fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure' or 'diesel infrastructure' means motor fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure as defined in section 214.1 used to store and dispense diesel fuel, including biodiesel blended diesel fuel, at a retail motor fuel site as defined in section 214A.1. 5. 'Ethanol blended gasoline' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 6. 'Gasoline storage and dispensing infrastructure' or 'gasoline infrastructure' means the same as defined in section 214A.1. 7.
