458A.14 Appeal to district court — procedure of appeal. Judicial review of an action of the department may be sought in accordance with the terms of chapter 17A. Notwithstanding that chapter, petitions for judicial review may be filed in the district court of Polk county or in the district court of any county in which the property affected or some portion of the property is located.
