§ 461a-27

461A.27 Management by municipalities. The commission may enter into an agreement or arrangement with the board of supervisors of a county or the council of a city whereby the county or city shall undertake the care and maintenance of any lands under the jurisdiction of the commission. Counties and cities may maintain the lands and pay the expense of maintenance. A city may pay the expense from the general fund.
