461A.30 City funds available. Any such city or cities aiding in the purchase of land for state parks, as provided for in sections 461A.28 and 461A.29 may pay for the same out of the general fund, or may issue bonds for the payment of the same and levy a tax for the payment of such bonds and the interest thereon, in accordance with the provisions of law relating to general corporate purpose bonds of a city.
