461A.6 Costs — lien. The cost of removing a structure as provided in section 461A.4 shall be paid by its owner, and the state shall have a lien upon the property for the cost of removal. The costs shall be payable at the time of removal and such lien may be enforced and foreclosed, as provided for the foreclosure of security interests in uniform commercial code, chapter 554, article 9, part 6.
