465C.12 Agencies urged to dedicate preserves. All departments, agencies, and instrumentalities of the state, including counties, municipalities, public corporations, boards, commissions, and universities shall be urged to dedicate as nature preserves within the system under the procedures outlined in this chapter, suitable areas or portions of areas within their jurisdiction.
