468.273 Duty of engineer. In addition to the report of the commissioners as a whole, the engineer so appointed shall perform the same duties and in the same manner required of the engineer by subchapter I, parts 1 through 5 when the proposed district is located wholly within one county, and the engineer’s surveys, plats, profiles, field notes, and reports of the engineer’s surveys shall be made and filed in duplicate in each county.
