468.275 Contents of notice — service. The notice under section 468.274 shall state the time and place, when, and where the boards of the several counties will meet in joint session for the consideration of the petition and the report of the commissioners and engineer. The notice shall in other respects be the same and served in the same time and manner as required when the district is wholly within one county, except that the auditor of each county shall give notice only to the owners, occupants, encumbrancers, and lienholders of the lots and tracts of land embraced within the proposed district in the auditor’s own county as shown by the records of such county.
