468.298 Records of intercounty districts. A record of all proceedings of an intercounty levee or drainage district shall be maintained by the auditor of each county in which a portion of the district lies, as provided by sections 468.172 and 468.173, but the records in the office of the auditor of the county having the largest acreage in the district shall be the official records of said district.
