468.309 Appeal by trustees or boards. Trustees or boards of supervisors having charge of any previously organized district which is proposed to be included either in whole or in part within the new intercounty district may, in the same manner and under the same procedure, appeal to the district court from the action of the joint boards in establishing the new district or in including therein the previously organized district or any part thereof.
