468.557 Effect of extension. The extension of the time of payment of any unpaid assessments or installment or installments thereof, in the manner provided in section 468.556, shall in no way impair the lien of said assessments as originally levied or the priority thereof, nor the right, duty, and power of the officers authorized by law to levy, collect, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment of said drainage refunding bonds.
