468.626 Original plat filed. In lieu of making the record as provided in section 468.623, any landowner may file with the county recorder the original plat used in the establishment of the drainage system, or a copy of the plat, which shall be certified by the engineer having made the same. If practicable, a plat filed under this section shall be made a matter of record and shall contain the applicable entries specified in sections 558.49 and 558.52.
