468.96 Appeal as exclusive remedy — nonappellants. Upon appeal the decision of the court shall in no manner affect the rights or liabilities of any person who did not appeal. The remedy by appeal provided for in this subchapter, parts 1 through 5, shall be exclusive of all other remedies.
