469A.7 Penalty. Any person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate the provisions of section 469A.1, shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor. Each separate day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. [C50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §469A.7]
