473.13A Energy management improvements identified and implemented. The state, state agencies, political subdivisions of the state, school districts, area education agencies, and community colleges shall identify and implement, through energy audits and engineering analyses, all energy management improvements identified for which financing is facilitated by the authority for the entity.
