479A.2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: 1. 'Board' means the utilities board. 2. 'Pipeline' means an interstate pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the transportation or transmission of natural gas within or through this state. 3. 'Pipeline company' means a person engaged in or organized for the purpose of owning, operating, or controlling pipelines. 4.
