483A.31 Reciprocal privileges authorized. 1. Reciprocal fishing, hunting, or trapping privileges are contingent upon a grant of similar privileges by another state to residents of this state. 2. The commission may negotiate fishing, hunting, or trapping reciprocity agreements with other states. 3.
