§ 483a-50

483A.50 Definitions. When used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Bonds' means negotiable wildlife habitat bonds of the commission issued pursuant to this subchapter and includes all bonds, notes, and other obligations issued in anticipation of these bonds or as refunding bonds pursuant to this subchapter. 2. 'Treasurer' means the treasurer of state of the state of Iowa. 3.
