484C.7 Registration and fee. A landowner who keeps preserve whitetail shall annually register the landowner’s hunting preserve with the department by June 30. The landowner shall pay the department a registration fee. The amount of the registration fee shall not exceed three hundred fifty dollars per fiscal year.
