490.1504 Amendment of foreign registration statement. A registered foreign corporation shall sign and deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in any of the following: 1. Its name or alternate name. 2. Its jurisdiction of formation, unless its registration is deemed to have been withdrawn under section 490.1508 or transferred under section 490.1510. 3.
