490.1702 Name — share certificates. 1. The name of a benefit corporation may contain the words 'benefit corporation', the abbreviation 'B.C.', or the designation 'BC', any of which shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of section 490.401, subsection 1, paragraph 'a'. 2.
