491.64 Production of books. In proceedings by or against a corporation or a stockholder to charge the stockholder’s private property, or the dividends received by the stockholder, the court may, upon motion of either party, upon cause shown for that purpose, compel the officers or agents of the corporation to produce the books and records of the corporation.
