501B.3 Relation to other law. 1. Principles of law and equity supplement this chapter unless displaced by a particular provision of this chapter. 2. A statute governing a specific type of unincorporated nonprofit association prevails over an inconsistent provision in this chapter, to the extent of the inconsistency. 3.
