505.27A Sale of life insurance to military personnel. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the commissioner of insurance shall have the authority to adopt such rules related to the sale of life insurance, other than theservicemembers’ group life insurance program under 38 U.S.C. pt. II, ch. 19, subch.
