506.14 Voluntary dissolution of domestic mutual insurance companies. 1. Any plan for voluntary dissolution of a domestic mutual insurance company licensed to transact the business of insurance under chapter 508, 515, 518, or 518A shall be presentedfor approval by the commissioner not less than ninety days in advance of notice of the planto policyholders. 2.
