508C.16 Immunity — indemnification. 1. A member insurer and its agents and employees, the association and its agents and employees, members of the board of directors, and the commissioner and the commissioner’srepresentatives are not liable for any action taken by them or omission by them while actingwithin the scope of their employment and in the performance of their powers and dutiesunder this chapter and such immunity granted under this section shall extend to theirparticipation in any organization of one or more state associations of similar purposes andto that organization and its agents and employees. 2.
