511.8A Agricultural land. Agricultural land, as defined in section 9H.1, acquired as a result of foreclosure or in settlement or in satisfaction of any indebtedness by a life insurance company or associationincorporated by or organized under the laws of this or any other state, shall be sold orotherwise disposed of by the company or association within five years after title is vested inthe company or association.
