514A.15 Withdrawal of approval. The commissioner may at any time, after opportunity for hearing, withdraw the commissioner’s previously given approval of any such form on any of the grounds statedin section 514A.14. It shall be unlawful for the insurer to issue a form or use the form inconnection with any policy after the effective date of the withdrawal of approval. The noticeof any hearing granted under this section shall specify the matters to be considered at thehearing.
