514C.3 Dentist’s services under accident and sickness insurance policies. A policy of accident and sickness insurance issued in this state which provides payment or reimbursement for any service which is within the lawful scope of practice of a licenseddentist shall provide benefits for the service whether the service is performed by a licensedphysician or a licensed dentist.
