514E.4 Association policy — coverage and benefit requirements — deductibles — coinsurance. The association policy shall pay for medically necessary eligible health care services as established in the benefit plans adopted by the association’s board of directors and approvedby the commissioner. The plans shall provide benefits, deductibles, and coinsurance thatreflect the current state of the individual insurance market.
