514G.102 Scope. The requirements of this chapter apply to policies delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after July 1, 2008. The requirements of this chapter related to independent reviewof benefit trigger determinations apply to all claims made on or after January 1, 2009. Therequirements of this chapter related to prompt payment of claims and the payment of interestapply to all long-term care insurance policies.
