515.110 More favorable conditions. Nothing contained in section 515.109 shall be so construed as to prohibit any insurance company not required by the statutes of Iowa to issue a standard form of policy, fromembodying, with the approval of the commissioner of insurance, in any insurance contractissued by it, provisions or conditions which are more favorable to the insured than thoseauthorized in said statutes.
