515.112 Violations — status of policy. It shall be unlawful for any insurance company, its officers or agents, or either of them, to violate any of the provisions of section 515.109 by issuing, delivering, or offering to issueor deliver any policy of fire insurance on property in this state other than the standard formas provided in statute, but any policy so issued or delivered shall, nevertheless, be bindingupon the company issuing or delivering the policy. The company shall, until the payment ofa penalty assessed by order after hearing, be disqualified from doing any insurance businessin this state.
