515.114 Policy — formal execution. 1. Every fire insurance company and association authorized to transact business in this state shall conduct its business in the name under which it is incorporated, and the policiesissued by it shall be headed or entitled only by such name. There shall not appear on theface of the policy or on its filing back anything that would indicate that it is the obligation ofany other than the company responsible for the payment of losses under the policy, thoughit is permissible to stamp or print on the bottom of the filing back the name or names of thedepartment or general agency issuing the same, and the group of companies with which thecompany is financially affiliated. 2.
