515.151 Officers punished. It shall be unlawful for any of the following to fail to comply with or to violate any of the requirements of this chapter: 1. The president, secretary, or other officer of any company organized under the laws of this state. 2. Any officer or person doing or attempting to do business in this state for any insurance company organized either within or without this state.
