515.152 Judicial review. Judicial review of the actions of the commissioner of insurance may be sought in accordance with the terms of the Iowa administrative procedure Act, chapter 17A, uponfiling with the clerk of court a good and sufficient bond for the payment of all costs adjudgedagainst the petitioner. Notwithstanding the terms of chapter 17A, petitions for judicial reviewmay be filed in the district court of the county where the decision of the commissioner,pursuant to section 515.145, was made.
