515.36 Financial statements — mutual companies. After complying with the requirements of the preceding sections of this chapter, the company shall file with the commissioner of insurance a satisfactory detailed statementshowing the financial condition of the company, including all transactions had during itsorganization, together with a record of all moneys received and disbursed, a list of thestockholders, the amount of stock purchased by each, and the price paid. The incorporatorsor officers of such mutual company shall file the statement under oath required of stockcompanies.
