515.4 Name. If the commissioner of insurance finds the name of the company to be so similar to one already appropriated by a corporation of the same character as to be likely to misleadthe public or to cause inconvenience, the commissioner shall refuse the commissioner’scertificate to the company’s articles on that ground.
