515E.10 Commissioner’s administrative and procedural authority. 1. The commissioner may make use of any of the powers established under the laws of this state to enforce the laws of this state so long as those powers are not specifically preemptedby the federal Act, including but not limited to, the commissioner’s authority to investigate,issue subpoenas, conduct depositions and hearings, issue orders, impose penalties, and seekinjunctive relief. With regard to an investigation, administrative proceeding, or litigation, thecommissioner may rely on the procedural law and rules of the state. 2.
