515J.9 Cancellation and nonrenewal — notice. 1. Notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of private residential flood insurance, other than for nonpayment of premium, shall be made and provided to the policyholder a minimumof forty-five days before the cancellation or nonrenewal of the flood insurance, and incompliance with the applicable provisions of sections 515.129A, 515.129B, and 515.129C. 2. Notwithstanding subsection 1, notice of cancellation of private residential flood insurance for nonpayment of the premium, or fraud or misrepresentation on the applicationfor the flood insurance, shall be made and provided to the policyholder in compliance withthe applicable provisions of sections 515.129A, 515.129B, and 515.129C. 2021 Acts, ch 73, §9 Sat Dec 23 00:49:34 2023 Iowa Code 2024, Section 515J.9 (2, 0)
