518C.5 Board of directors. 1. The board of directors of the association shall consist of the officers and directors of the mutual insurance association of Iowa or its successor association, but only if such officers anddirectors are employed by a corporation organized as a county mutual insurance associationpursuant to chapter 518 or a state mutual insurance association pursuant to chapter 518A. 2.
