519A.11 Annual statements. The association shall file in the office of the commissioner on or before the first day of March each year, a statement as prescribed by the commissioner. The statement shallcontain matters and information required by the commissioner including, but not limitedto, information with respect to its transactions, condition, operations and affairs during thepreceding year, and shall be in a form approved by the commissioner. The commissionermay, at any time, require the association to furnish additional information with respect tomatters considered to be material to the scope, operation and experience of the association.
