520.3 Office of attorney — foreign office. The principal office of such attorney shall be maintained at such place as is designated by the subscribers in the power of attorney; provided that, where the principal office of suchattorney is located in another state, the commissioner of insurance shall not issue a certificateof authority, or license, as provided in this chapter unless such attorney shall hold a licenseor certificate of authority from the insurance department of such other state.
