522B.15 Reciprocity. 1. The commissioner shall waive any requirements for a nonresident license applicant with a valid license from such applicant’s home state, except for the requirements imposedby section 522B.7, if the applicant’s home state awards nonresident licenses to residents ofthis state on the same basis. 2.
