522D.12 Future repeal. If the federal law providing for the sale of qualified health benefit plans of the state is repealed by federal legislation or is ruled invalid by a decision of the United States supremecourt, the commissioner shall notify the Iowa Code editor of the effective date of the repeal orthe date of the ruling.
