523C.20 Consent to service of process. If a person engages in conduct subject to regulation under this chapter, the conduct shall constitute the appointment of the commissioner of insurance as the person’s attorney toreceive service of process in a noncriminal proceeding against the person, a successor, orpersonal representative, which grows out of that conduct, with the same force and validityas if made personally.
