523D.14 Injunctions. The commissioner may petition the district court in any county of the state for an injunction to restrain a person subject to this chapter and any agents, employees, or associates of theperson from engaging in conduct or practices in violation of this chapter or rules adoptedpursuant to this chapter. In a proceeding for an injunction, the commissioner may apply tothe court for the issuance of a subpoena to require the appearance of a defendant and thedefendant’s agents and any documents, books, or records germane to the hearing upon thepetition for an injunction.
